Refund policy

You have up to 15 days from the time you receive the item(by tracking status) to ship the product back in new condition in an unopened and undamaged package.  A 25% restocking fee will apply to all returns if the package is damaged or opened or the item is no longer new or incomplete.  If you request a return/refund/cancel an order before we get to the shipping label being created, no worries, we will can cancel it with no penalties.  No returns or refunds available on any of the swag due to the drop shipping of those items.  Unfortunately we cannot offer free return shipping.  Sorry that it's this way, but we are a super small company and can't take losses like the big boys out there, hopefully it'll change some day.
